• Permission for Fixing For Sale Board on premise
• Key Holder no
• Building & Land Tax Copies
• Sketch of Land ( For Starting the process )
• Prior Deed Copy ( Soft copy need to be kept ready for Buyers Legal Vetting )
• Title Deed Copy ( Soft copy need to be kept ready for Buyers Legal Vetting )
• Encumbrance Certificate ( Need to be arranged in case of deal goes through only )
• Possession Certificate ( Soft copy need to be kept ready for Buyers Legal Vetting )
• ROR certificate from Village if available ( Soft copy need to be kept ready for Buyers Legal Vetting )
